Shipping
Cute Booze® offers free shipping on orders $50 or more. For orders less than $50, rates are based on your destination address and the weight and dimensions of your order. The shipping amount on orders that are less than $50 are calculated at the time of checkout.
Each product page lists the estimated order fulfillment time. Non-personalized, in-stock items will typically be fulfilled and shipped out within 24 hours, except on Sundays. Personalized items and custom orders will require additional time depending on the item as stated on the product page. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Cute Booze ships USPS or UPS. The preferred carrier may be selected at checkout. If using free shipping, Cute Booze will select the carrier and shipping method. We most often ship USPS priority mail.
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. If shipping to Canada, even if a gift, the person receiving the package is responsible for any customs taxes/fees. Cute Booze cannot estimate these costs before shipping. Shipping to Canada is by USPS First Class International which takes 7-10 Business Days.

Returns
Returning a product is easy as our Cute Booze crew is alway happy to make your day better.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will be happy to provide a refund for your order within 30 days. To request a refund and receive a return shipping label, please submit your request through our Contact Us page.
Please note that gift cards and store credits cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
